The case for a programme

Your population is already online. The support has not caught up.

Ninety percent of adults over 50 own a smartphone, and the vast majority manage banking, healthcare, and family life through it. The gap is not adoption — it is trustworthy help.

It removes work from your staff

Front-desk teams, care coordinators, and activity directors are already fielding technology questions that are not in their job descriptions. We take those, and train your team on how to hand them over.

It reduces a real risk

A resident who loses their savings to an impersonation scam is a crisis for them and a serious problem for you. Prevention is dramatically cheaper than response.

It is a benefit people notice

Unlike most amenities, this one gets used weekly and gets talked about — by residents and by their families, who are often the ones choosing you.

Who we partner with

Programmes shaped around your population

The delivery model is the same; the emphasis is not. Find the one that matches your organisation.

Senior living & retirement communities

Residents arrive with their own devices, their own accounts, and their own scam exposure — and your staff end up absorbing all of it. We run the technology programme so they do not have to.

What the programme includes

  • Weekly on-site tech clinic
  • Monthly scam-awareness workshop
  • Device setup for new residents
  • Wi-Fi and smart TV help
  • Family support line
  • Staff training and handoff process

Health plans & Medicare Advantage

Telehealth, portals, and digital care plans only work if members can actually use them. We are the human layer that turns a digital benefit into a used benefit — and we reduce the support calls you field.

What the programme includes

  • Telehealth readiness sessions before first visits
  • Portal onboarding and password recovery
  • Digital literacy as a supplemental benefit
  • Fraud and scam education for members
  • Reporting on engagement and resolved issues
  • Co-branded or white-labelled delivery

Healthcare, social service & government agencies

Benefits applications, renewals, and appointments have all moved online, and the people most affected by that shift are the ones least equipped for it. We help your clients complete what they started.

What the programme includes

  • Application and renewal assistance
  • Device and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Group digital literacy sessions
  • Impersonation and benefits-fraud education
  • Accessible, plain-language materials
  • Caseworker escalation path

Financial advisors & wealth management

A client with $1M in retirement assets and no two-step verification on their email is a risk to their own plan — and to your book. We become the digital safety layer around your clients.

What the programme includes

  • Digital security assessments for clients
  • Scam and impersonation education
  • Account-security assistance (never credentials)
  • Suspicious-message verification line
  • Household technology support
  • Per-client monthly arrangement
How a partnership starts

Start with a pilot, not a contract

Nobody should commit a whole community to an unproven vendor. Prove it with a defined group first — we would rather earn the roll-out.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes to understand your population, what your staff are currently absorbing, and what success would look like in six months.

  2. 2

    Pilot programme

Typically one on-site clinic plus one workshop, run over 60 to 90 days with a defined group. Small enough to approve, large enough to prove.

  3. 3

    Reporting

Attendance, issues resolved, risks identified, and resident or member feedback — in a format you can take to your leadership.

  4. 4

    Roll out

Move to a per-resident or per-member monthly arrangement, co-branded or under your own brand, with a documented escalation path for your staff.

Security & compliance

Built to survive your vendor review

A company with access to older adults' devices and accounts can itself become the threat if it is run carelessly. We designed the controls before we designed the service, and we are glad to hand your compliance team the documentation.

  • Least-privilege access with per-client written consent
  • No client credentials ever stored by Tech Peace
  • Background checks and identity verification on every technician
  • Audited remote-access tooling with session records
  • Documented security procedures available for your vendor review
  • BAA available where a covered entity requires one
  • General liability, professional liability, and cyber liability coverage
  • Written incident response and escalation policy

Straight answers

What partners ask before a pilot

How does a partnership actually work?
Most partners start with a pilot: a recurring on-site tech clinic plus one scam-awareness workshop for residents, clients, or members, with family support available afterward. We report on attendance, the issues we resolved, and the risks we found. From there partners typically move to a per-resident or per-member monthly arrangement.
Does this create work for our staff?
It removes it. Community staff, care coordinators, and front-desk teams are usually absorbing technology questions that are not in their job description. We take those, and we train your team on how to hand them to us.
How do you handle resident privacy and our compliance obligations?
We operate on least-privilege access with per-resident written consent, and we never store client credentials. We are glad to work within your vendor security review, sign a BAA where a covered entity requires one, and provide our documented security procedures and insurance certificates for your file.
Can you white-label the program under our brand?
Yes. Some partners prefer residents to experience it as their own member benefit. We can deliver the program co-branded or under your brand, with materials adapted to your community.
Talk to us

Let’s scope a pilot for your organisation

Tell us who you serve and what your staff are currently absorbing. We will come back with a concrete pilot proposal — scope, timeline, reporting, and price — not a brochure.

  • A 30-minute discovery call, no deck required
  • A written pilot proposal within one week
  • Security documentation for your vendor review
  • References from comparable partners, where we have them

Partnerships

One community, hundreds of people better protected

Instead of reaching older adults one at a time, reach the organisations they already trust. That trust transfer is the fastest way to make this kind of protection normal.
